The MIA School of Race Engineering is proud to announce that the evening dinner on the 2nd Saturday of the course will be held at the prestigious headquarters of the British Racing Drivers Club at Silverstone.
Home to the most successful racing drivers in Great Britain and the Commonwealth, the BRDC is arguably the most exclusive club in the world of racing. Over 850 members meet the extraordinary entry criteria including the likes of Lewis Hamilton MBE, Jenson Button MBE and Daniel Ricciardo.
Only those who have achieved at the highest levels of motorsport or made a significant contribution to those who have, can become members of the BRDC. In addition to celebrating the success of its members, the BRDC also provides the perfect platform to develop the careers of the next generation of driving talent.
The BRDC are also the operation behind Silverstone, owning this historic circuit whilst running it’s every day activities including the Formula 1 British Grand Prix which has been held at Silverstone since 1950.
The dinner will be the perfect opportunity for students to not only network with eachother in a relaxed environment, but also with several special guests. These will include some of the course tutors as well as key figures in motorsport which will offer their invaluable insight. Only at this year’s MIA School of Race Engineering will you get such an opportunity to meet some of the world’s best Race Engineers with the backdrop of the BRDC clubhouse.
