MIA School of Race Engineering 4-day School Cancellation Policy​
PLEASE READ IN FULL PRIOR TO BOOKING
To guarantee admission, attendees must pay prior to the School. The MIA regrets there can be no refund should you cancel within 30 days of the School, or from the time of booking, whichever is later. The only exception is for any attendee who is, at the time of the School, showing Covid-related symptoms, or has recently had Covid-19, in this case a full refund will be issued, or where possible your booking will be moved to a future School.
The MIA, working together with the host venues and suppliers, will ensure all UK government advised Covid-secure measures are in place ahead of the School. These strict measures must be adhered to by all attendees and will be communicated prior to the School taking place and at the School via signage/posters and announcements. Please note anyone who fails to follow these safety measures at the School, may be asked to leave by the MIA and no refund will be issued.
Any cancellations must be received in writing to keith.jonker@the-mia.com - if you have not received an acknowledgement before the School, please telephone us to make sure we have received your booking cancellation.
MIA School of Race Engineering Online Module Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ IN FULL PRIOR TO BOOKING
The Motorsport Industry Association ("MIA") reserves the right to alter any of the arrangements described due to unforeseen circumstances. The content of the module/courses are the property of the MIA and should not be duplicated. For online modules, please do not attempt to share your registration link with anyone else. Any attempt to do so will result in you being un-enrolled and no refund will be due.
Cancellation Policy: To guarantee admission, attendees must pay prior to the module/course taking place. The MIA regrets there can be no refund should you cancel within 30 days of the module/course. Failure to attend the module/course will result in the full cost being incurred and no refunds shall be given.
